Your PC is hand-assembled, cable-managed, tuned and stress-tested. We send photos as it comes together.

It arrives ready to play, with your build sheet, benchmark results and a direct line to the person who built it.

Can I change the components?
Choose your graphics card, memory, storage and power supply in the configurator. If you need something else, mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether it makes a difference.
How long does a build take?
We confirm a firm build date before work starts and keep you updated throughout.
How is my PC delivered?
Fully assembled and protected inside with removable foam. On mainland UK we deliver it by hand and set it up with you. Elsewhere it goes by insured courier with a video setup call, and hand delivery is available as an upgrade in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Your build sheet is in the box.
What support do I get?
A direct line to your builder. If something is not right, you speak to the person who knows your PC inside out, not a call centre.
